Story
Schuster studied at the Vienna School of Applied Arts, first under Oskar Strnad , then under Heinrich Tessenow , and graduated in 1919. From 1923 to 1925 he was chief architect of the Austrian Association for Settlement and Allotment Gardens in Vienna. In 927, Schuster moved to Frankfurt am Main, where he worked as a freelance architect until 1936. In 1937 he became head of the architecture department at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna.
From 1952 to 1957 he was head of the research department of the city of Vienna for housing and construction .
