I'm lying at a campsite somewhere in the border region between Eindhoven and Brussels. Last night, when the sign with the tent appeared before my tired eyes, it was like a deliverance, finally to sleep. Today, after brushing my teeth and the first Bialetti gas stove coffee, wide awake, I search Google for "local shop locator" and want to know where "Brocante"? The selection is actually always great in this area, I choose a very specific dealer, simply because I like the name. 20 min later I enter the realm of Mr. Van Leeuwen. Yes, exactly how I like it, furniture, lamps, clocks, cutlery, knick-knacks and strange stuff for the garden everywhere. In total, I gather 3 Louis Kalff lamps and several pieces of furniture and negotiate the price with the nice owner. We agree and I can park my bus right in front of his shop again. While loading up, I rejoice like a little boy and can hardly wait to be back at the campsite and dive into the research, accompanied by a Belgian beer, of course, after all, now I also know in which country I spent the night.
