Story
The furniture types produced by the Hagenauer workshop have a decisive advantage over the conventional furniture types of the time: In their formal simplicity, in this case thanks to Julius Jirasek, they corresponded to the spirit of the age, which had moved away from the bulky representational furniture of the pre-war years.
Even today, it's impressive how elegantly these wooden joints at the table's corners were executed. They appear seamless. A truly original piece from the Hagenauer workshop, in excellent condition.
